The Site provides information about LinkLane and its freight brokerage services and lets you request a shipping quote or contact us. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Any rate, quote, or estimate shown or generated through the Site is preliminary and for informational purposes only. It does not constitute a binding offer, rate confirmation, or contract of carriage. Actual rates, capacity, and terms are subject to change and are only finalized through a separate written agreement (such as a rate confirmation or broker-carrier/broker-shipper agreement) between LinkLane and the relevant party.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site on behalf of yourself or a business you are authorized to represent.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by LinkLane or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent, except as necessary to view the Site for its intended purpose.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the Site;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Site;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its related systems;
• Use any automated means to scrape or extract data from the Site without our consent; or
• Use the Site to violate any applicable law or regulation.

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party websites or services (for example, form-processing or scheduling tools) that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any quote or information on the Site is accurate or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkLane will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold LinkLane harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
